IP for Managers and Enterpreneurs from an Enterpreneur

Who should attend: managers of biotech companies (non-scientists)  and all non-sciensts engaged in the biotech business

What you will learn: 
                        - the main course of the life cycle management of IP as a major intangible asset of the company.
                        - how to position and value this asset
                        - associated risks, their analysis and mitigation
                        - how to devise the company IP strategy with respect to the company IP, third party IP and public domain information

Quality Management for Biotech from Pharma Quality Manager Professionals

Who should attend: scientists (university, academia, private companies) dealing with potential inventions, managers of small companies

What you will learn:
                        - how to implement key elements of the quality system to produce results acceptable for the regulatory procedure later
                        - results and documentation quality with respect to IP, due diligence and regulatory
                        - case study examples showing affordable ways of implementing quality system,
                        - quality has a business sense and pays back

Trainings are designed for groups of 5-15 people, each training taking two 4 hour afternoon sessions.
